Returns Policy

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the courier) take physical possession of the products, without giving any reason.

Notify us of your decision before the 14-day deadline expires, at contact@claudiasimona.com — with an unequivocal statement or using the model form below.

Send the products back without undue delay and within 14 days of your notice, to: Str. Viorii nr. 17, camera 3, ap. 2, sat Moșnița Veche, com. Moșnița Nouă, jud. Timiș, Romania.

Products must be returned in the condition received. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products back or you provide proof of shipment.

Refunds use the same payment method as the order, at no extra cost to you.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others, products made to the customer's specifications or personalised, and sealed products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed (for example underwear or swimwear).
