This site is operated by CA CLASSIC STUDIO S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 54184441, Trade Registry no. J2026015143008, registered office: Str. Viorii nr. 17, camera 3, ap. 2, sat Moșnița Veche, com. Moșnița Nouă, jud. Timiș, email: contact@claudiasimona.com, phone: +40 761 417 779.

Using the site and placing an order means you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Orders and contract

Placing an order via the checkout button is an order with an obligation to pay. The sales contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.

We may refuse or cancel an order when the product is no longer in stock, when the billing or delivery details are incomplete or incorrect, when the displayed price was wrong because of a technical error, or where there are signs of fraudulent use. In those cases we notify you by email and refund any amount already paid in full.

3. Prices and payment

All displayed prices are final prices in the currency you selected. The company is not registered for VAT, so the prices contain no VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete the order.

Payment is made online by card through the payment processor Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details are entered directly with the processor; we never see or store them.

4. Delivery

[COMPLETEAZA: Courier, estimated delivery time and delivery areas.]

The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving any reason. Full details and the withdrawal form are in our Returns Policy.

6. Legal warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity — we are liable for any lack of conformity existing at delivery and discovered within 2 years.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints can be sent to contact@claudiasimona.com or by phone at +40 761 417 779 and will be answered within 30 days.

You may also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC), including through alternative dispute resolution (SAL): https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or by the competent courts in Romania.
