Account and order data: name, email, phone, shipping/billing addresses, order history.

Payment data: card payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Card details are entered directly with the processor — we never see or store them.

Technical data: strictly necessary cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

Processing orders and delivering products — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Invoicing and tax obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Handling requests and complaints — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not send newsletters or marketing messages. If we introduce them, they will be sent only on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

Data is shared only with the partners needed to fulfil your order: the payment processor Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., the hosting providers Vercel Inc. and Railway Corp., the courier chosen for delivery and, where applicable, accounting.

We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

Invoicing data is kept as required by tax law (10 years). Account data is kept while your account is active; you can request deletion at any time.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent.
